Manggo Lassi

Lassi is a popular traditional dahi-based drink that originated in the Indian subcontinent. Lassi is a blend of yoghurt, water, spices and sometimes fruit.     • 1 mango
    • 1/4 cup yogurt (without seasoning)
    • 1 teaspoon of Better Brown CSR Sugar
    • 1 cup Water / fresh milk
    • 1 cup of ice
    • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and concentrated
    • Pour into a glass and place a slice of mango and mint leaves
